BEAUTY MEETS PURPOSE.
Beauty with a purpose. Our machined T6061 aluminum panel is anodized for color and corrosion resistance, laser-marked, and reinforced with 15 mm square aluminum bars.
At 5 mm thick, the panel does more than look good: it doubles as the heatsink for the Class A/B amplifier. By drawing heat away from the amplifier, it helps the speaker stay cool during sustained, high-volume listening—even in direct sunlight.

BUILT FOR BASS.
Tighter bass starts with a rigid foundation. The aluminum panel, shown here in white, is reinforced with 15 mm aluminum square bars and a solid 25 mm cross brace to reduce unwanted resonance.
The XX4’s four custom 8-inch subwoofers each use dual 2.5-ohm voice coils and compact neodymium magnets. Their high magnetic strength delivers the performance of much larger conventional ferrite magnets with less size and weight.
We hand-match the resonant frequencies of all four subwoofers to maximize bass output.

EVERY DETAIL DRIVES THE SOUND.
The XX4 brings it all together in a braced, high-density wood enclosure with flared, tuned ports, premium rubber feet, and a vegan-leather carrying handle.
Inside, a 12-channel Class A/B amplifier gives each of the system’s 12 voice coils its own dedicated 65-watt RMS channel. That individual control helps keep the sound clean and composed as the volume rises.
For portable power, 21700 lithium-ion battery cells deliver high output and long service life—so the engineering goes wherever the music takes you.
